This project has boosted the buzz and profile of the town of Oundle by creating a modern community hub by refurbishing and extending a former Victorian Infirmary Building.
Shire Hall Refurbishment, in Chelmsford, Essex (Highly Commended)

This project involved the refurbishment of a prominent Georgian Grade 2 * civic building built between 1789 and 1791 which was suffering from a period of neglect with sections of the stone façade deteriorating and causing a risk to the public.
