Panel’s Comments :
This landmark building is the first on a new development site on the edge of Fareham. It has been designed to allow a high degree of flexibility to accommodate future changes in engineering training. As well as having a striking exterior it is sensitively detailed and the excellent landscaping reflects its location near the coast. The Panel particularly liked the design of the area giving access to the various workshops, which helps create a sense of community amongst the various groups of students.
