This is a truly inspirational place to be, challenging perceptions of the home care estate. This large building creates a number of small communities within it making social interaction manageable without residents feeling overwhelmed. Each community has direct access to the sensory garden at the rear and a central communal core, enabling visitors the flexibility to move around without feeling confined. It is evident that a great deal of research has been undertaken to really understand the variety of needs residents will have and this has directly resulted in great improvements and savings in both facility management as well as health, wellbeing and happiness of those who stay and visit here.
