Dr Jose Hernandez, Pick Everard will be presenting on “Climate Emergency and Zero Carbon: Status, needs and actions”.

The presentation will offer a review of current Climate Emergency and Zero Carbon targets and plans, a description of a number of platforms and initiatives working on facilitating the delivery of those ambitious but badly needed targets, and the strong arguments for a Green Economic Recovery programme. Specific emphasis will be placed on the role of Local Authorities and the public sector in general and of the private sector.
