It is a requirement of the SPACES By-Laws that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year.

This year the AGM will be held online on Thursday 20th October 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00pm. You can download a copy of the AGM Papers (including the agenda) and a proxy form in word and pdf for those that are unable to attend.

Key dates are:

• 2nd September 2022 – Last day for notice (including time, place, vacancies and any elections)
• 21st September 2022 – Last day for nominations for board positions and any resolutions
• 5th October 2022 – Last Day to circulate agenda and nominations (including reports)
• 19th October 2022 – Joining instructions will be sent to those that RSVP
