Lyndsay Smith, Director of Education and Frameworks, Morgan Sindall
Biography
Lyndsay Smith has been with Morgan Sindall for over 12 years and was previously the director of Development for their Investment Related business. She is passionate about providing cost effective but high quality, efficient schools which enhance the learning experience for pupils and results in a good education and life skills.
Lyndsay brings over two decades of construction experience. Originally a Chartered Surveyor, she quickly moved into project management where she has developed and delivered projects across the public sector including education, defence, judicial and leisure predominantly through the Private Finance Initiative and other investment related procurement routes.
In 2000, Lyndsay completed an MBA which has allowed her to build on her strategic nature to look at how large companies can embrace and harness innovation within a rigorously structured environment, the essence of which she brings to her everyday role.
